`How to produce balm or rob

When you want to produce balm or rob you should first of all get all the production materials like boiler, mixer, heating system, containers, cartons and how you want to cork your product.

Products needed for the production of rob or balm

(1) High volume of petroleum jelly

(2) Menthol crystal or pepper mint oil or both

(3) Paraffin wax less volume

(4) Methyl salicylate

(5) Turpentine oil

(6) Eucalytus oil

(7) Tincture of capsisicum

(8) Camphor rectified


Process of producing balm or rob

    You should set the heating system ready place the clean metallic boiler on it after igniting it add the stated amount of petroleum jelly into it according to your own formulation which  is a function of the volume you desire to produce ,heat for at least 2 0r 3 minutes and add the required amount of paraffin wax into it stir both of them very well under heat for complete homogenization and add those other chemicals at one minute interval  methyl crystal ,methyl salicylate ,turpentine and eucalytus oil, peppermint oil, usually in liquid form add it before methyl salicylate, add tincture of capsicum and finally add the camphor rectified.

Set apart some little quantity of the mixture using a small container and allow to cool to test for the desired texture ,if after cooling its still watery add small quantity of wax and continue heating till the desired is achieved.You can now package it in your containers for sell.
